Just like you need a break from your daily responsibilities, so do our managers! Since we are proud to serve you at our venues from 9-5 seven days a week, we thought our GMs were well deserving of a break from their day-to-day office routine!
Last week, our regional operations managers, venue general managers, and our marketing social media specialist all had the pleasure to attend the 2022 Wedding MBA in fabulous Las Vegas! We spent three days at the conference learning all about the wedding industry from professionals across the country; and boy oh boy was it FUN! We got caught up on the latest wedding trends. Our GMs gained some insight into how to connect even further with our couples. Then we even got to walk the expo floor and experience all the fresh and trendy brands and professionals that are setting the stage for the future of the wedding industry.
The evenings were filled with bonding activities and some great food. Hey, it is Vegas, after all, we had to have a little Vegas fun! The group enjoyed dinner together and experienced Ka by Cirque Du Soleil. It was so wonderful to spend time together outside of our typical work environment and get to know each other even better!
While The Springs is made up of 15 different management teams and additional operations departments – we are still very much one cohesive unit within the company. If one venue is struggling or experiencing difficulty, there is always a plethora of helpful hands ready and able to come help. Basically, we are a family and when one venue succeeds, we all succeed.
We learned so much and we cannot wait to see how we can better serve you by better-ing ourselves!
