• If you provide your phone number and opt in, you may receive text messages (SMS) from The Springs regarding your inquiry and event. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

• Service providers/processors that help us operate (hosting, email/SMS, CRM, analytics, surveys, review tools).
• Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition).
• Legal: to comply with law or protect rights, safety, or the services.

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws, and we do not process personal information for targeted advertising.

4) Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep the site secure and working (required/functional cookies).

Industry standards for “DNT” are not finalized, so we do not respond to DNT signals. If our practices change to include activities requiring opt-out tools, we will update this Notice and provide those tools.

10) Financial incentives (e.g., gift-card drawings)

From time to time, we invite customers to complete surveys or reviews for a chance to receive a promotional reward (e.g., monthly $50 gift card drawing).
