Our venue pricing at The Springs varies depending on the venue, day, and month you wish to book for your wedding or special event. We have 18 locations and 7 different venue styles across Texas and Oklahoma with prices ranging from $2,500 to $14,500. On average, our couples invest between $5k-$8k on their venue here at The Springs.
Besides our full-day venue rental, we offer a package with coordination, dj, catering, bar & bartending, and linens. Visit us at springsvenue.com/services for more info. Also, select dates are available to add an extra hour to your rental time (either 8:00am-9:00am or 12:00am-1:00am) for an additional $1000. Lastly, we have a full list of rental items available to add-on (specific items vary by venue).
Our full-day rental at any The Springs includes a 15 hour rental (9:00am-midnight), indoor & outdoor ceremony options, a large reception hall with A/C and heating, seating for up to 320 guests (varies by venue), table and chair options, furniture set-up and take-down, comfortable dressing suites with private restrooms, a day-of venue attendant, 2 hour site appointments for bridal portraits or engagement photos, unlimited site visits for wedding planning, and flexible venue payment options.
Absolutely! We allow our clients to break up their remaining contract amount (total minus the deposit) into monthly or quarterly payments without charging any interest – this is huge! Keep in mind that your venue contract must be paid off two months before your event date. A credit card fee may be applicable, but we accept other payment types that don’t involve any extra fees!
We know how crucial it is to have the perfect vendors for your BIG DAY. For Friday, Saturday, and Sunday weddings (Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth locations) we now require in-house catering and bar services to ensure the highest quality experience. However, you still have the flexibility to choose your own vendors for other aspects of your wedding. To make the planning process even easier, we offer a comprehensive package that includes coordination, bar, catering, linens, and DJ services—designed to simplify your planning and keep your day stress-free.
Yes, we do! We provide a discount for our active or veteran military brides and grooms as a thank you! We have also included some built-in discounts to our rental pricing for non-peak wedding months as well as non-Saturday wedding dates.
