We wanted to break down some of our favorite items to rent that give you lots of FUN without lots of cost. Let’s go!
Many people are quick to say no to chargers due to their price tag. But actually, chargers are a great way to make your reception tables look fuller without spending as much money on florals. Chargers are also a great way to incorporate your wedding colors, theme, and overall design into the tablescape look, giving your event a more elevated feel. At The Springs we have charger options available for rental and BONUS – they’re conveniently located at our venues ready for you to use! That’s one less thing to pick up or add to your month-of-wedding to-do list.
Marquee letters are such a fun rental item to have as decor for your event! They are a perfect photo backdrop or can provide a fun ambiance to your dance floor. These are great rental items because they also offer some variation in your design. You can go with The Springs’ classic LOVE letters, a Mr. & Mrs, your last name, or even roman numerals of your wedding date.
For you lovely ladies planning a quince at The Springs in Magnolia, ask about our “15” marquee letters for your event! We plan on having more sets made for other Springs locations soon!
Lounge seating at weddings provides a comfortable place for your guests to hang out when they aren’t on the dance floor. It could also be part of an elaborate photo backdrop! However, these large pieces of furniture will definitely be a big-ticket rental item.
When it comes to large furniture rentals, our advice would be to know your guests and have a clear vision of the design that you want. When you are spending the extra money, you want to ensure you get what you want, and that your guests will put it to good use.
At The Springs, standard tables and chairs come with your venue rental. But, if you are looking for more elaborate table designs we also offer farmhouse tables and a gorgeous, rustic wine barrel table! Our farmhouse tables don’t require linens and look the most gorgeous (in our opinion) as a head table. Incorporating farmhouse tables with our standard tables will help give your event design more dimension.
Our wine barrel table is the perfect table for a remote bar, dessert table, cake table, or welcome table. It can be used as a full table or you can remove the table top and use the wine barrels on their own. The table selection varies by venue, so be sure to ask your Springs Venue team what they have available for your event!
One of our favorite cocktail hour ideas; lawn games! If you live in an apartment, buying a whole cornhole or giant jenga set might not be ideal for you. That’s where rental items come in! We have seen folks rent all kinds of lawn games for cocktail hour, croquet, jenga, giant connect four, cornhole (aka bags), tick tack toe – we’ve seen it all and we LOVE it! Ask your Springs Venue team what lawn games are allowed at your venue and what games they have available for rent! And BONUS, we’ll even set it out for you! 😉
If you don’t feel like thrifting or purchasing any decor firsthand, you’ll still need the essentials. We’re talking easels, candles, lanterns, and even tea lights. The Springs offers these wedding day essentials so you don’t need to stress about the little details. It gives you the mental space to focus on items that are more special to you rand your day!
The only “essential” that The Springs does not offer (unless you book one of our new all-inclusive packages) is linens. We believe linens really set the backdrop to a unique event, and we simply wouldn’t be able to offer the selection we want our couples to have! However, all of our venue teams have fabulous recommendations for linen rentals that will give you exactly what you dreamed of for your big day!
