Our favorite blog topics are always about the styled shoots that are held at our venues. They are such a fun way to showcase our venues while also getting to share the creativity of so many vendors we know and love. With that being said ladies and gentlemen, it’s time we shared our Elegant Fall Styled Shoot at The Springs in Arlington with you.
Since purchasing The Springs in Arlington this summer, the venue went under a pretty extensive renovation. We tore down walls to completely re-imagine spaces, added fresh coats of paint basically, well, everywhere and got this venue to the breath-taking, bright and beautiful state that it’s in today.
We wanted to showcase these amazing renovations as best we could, and what better way than an elegant fall styled shoot?
Any vendors in the biz know that it is next to impossible to plan a styled shoot between the months of October through December. It’s prime wedding season, followed by the holidays. This gave us only about two weeks between the final finishing venue touches to make this shoot happen.
Our marketing team took to the internet to find some incredible vendors, who were amazing to work with! Each one was so sweet, flexible with our time frame, and excited to help us pull of this project. Trophy Blooms were a stand out vendor, because they donated all the florals to us, helped with set-up, provided extra hands during the shoot, helped with tear down and were so friendly through it all!
We also had some in-house help from The Springs Event Services to provide us linens, and The Springs DJ to give us that amazing musical ambiance while shooting. With The Springs Wedding Package launch upon us, we figured what a great way to showcase these amazing services as well!
The warm fall tones provided a classic look that complimented the venue renovations perfectly. Our goal was to showcase the spaces without overshadowing the venue’s natural beauty, and we believe that we accomplished just that!
