This past August, we celebrated Felicity and Montana’s unforgettable day at The Springs in Waxahachie. From tearful toasts to an electric dance floor, their wedding came alive with the help of The Springs DJ & Catering.
Nestled 30 minutes south of Downtown Dallas, The Springs in Waxahachie feels like a Tuscan villa tucked away in Texas. Its sweeping ballroom, cozy fireplace, and grand windows create a space that is both elegant and inviting. Outside, the lush grounds and stunning architecture set a breathtaking scene. Guests can wander along tree-lined pathways leading to a historic natural spring dating back to 1861. With private suites, flexible ceremony options, and a mix of old-world charm and modern convenience, The Paynes chose the perfect venue for their special day.
First, The Paynes welcomed their guests with a charcuterie grazing table that looked almost too good to eat (but, of course, everyone did). Next, a small selection of appetizers kept everyone happy as they mingled before the main event: a mouthwatering prime rib served with parmesan crusted asparagus on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes. YUM! As dinner was served, heartfelt toasts filled the room with stories that captured the love shared between the couple and their guests. The Springs Catering team ensured every plate was delivered and bussed with care, allowing for a seamless evening full of good food and great company.
As dinner ended, The Springs DJ took over, setting the perfect tone for the rest of the celebration. Starting with a mix of classics, the DJ soon transitioned to crowd-favorites that had everyone grooving. As the evening progressed, the music flowed from heartfelt ballads to dance-floor hits, bringing everyone together. By the end of the night, the floor was packed, the energy was electric, and the music truly brought the celebration to life.
